Statistical Data on Registered Non-Hong Kong Companies

The Company Re-domiciliation Regime came into operation on 23 May 2025. If the re-domiciled company has previously been registered as a registered non-Hong Kong company under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance, its registration under Part 16 ceases to have effect on the date of issuance of its certificate of re-domiciliation. After the implementation of Company Re-domiciliation Regime, registration ceased to have effect after re-domiciliation is included.
