List of basic training courses provided under the "Smart Sliver" Digital Inclusion Programme for Elders - The "Smart Silver" Digital Inclusion Programme for Elders has engaged 12 implementing organisations to set up community-based help desks across all 18 districts in the territory. The aim is to provide regular and fixed-point training on digital technologies and technical support to elders aged 60 or above so that they can enjoy the benefits brought about by digital services.
