Digital Orthophoto DOP1000-1976P

The DOP1000-1976 Digital Orthophotos, with a ground sampling distance of 0.1m, were produced using aerial photographs taken in January, June and August of 1976 at a flying height of about 4,000 feet. The Orthophotos consist of 782 tiles covering Hong Kong Island, and partially include areas such as Yau Tsim Mong, Kowloon City, Wong Tai Sin, Kwun Tong, Kwai Tsing, Tsuen Wan, Tuen Mun, Yuen Long, Tai Po, Sha Tin and Sai Kung. The Orthophotos are provided in GeoTIFF format attached with a world file containing geo-referencing data in Hong Kong 1980 Grid. Each tile of GeoTIFF image is available in both plain image and grid line versions.
