Description

LD implements the Racial Diversity Employment Programme (RDEP) in collaboration with non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to provide one-stop employment services to ethnic minority (EM) job seekers through a case management approach. NGOs will assign social workers to act as Case Managers of the EM participants and provide them with customised employment services, including pre-employment counselling, employment assistance and job matching, and post-placement support, etc.
