Description
Consolidated monthly statistics including figures of different types of instruments received by the Land Registry for registration, figures of Agreement for Sales and Purchase ("ASP") of building units categorised by districts, primary and secondary sales figures for ASP of residential building units, etc. Note: The statistics generally relate to land transactions executed up to four weeks prior to their submission for registration, as there is usually a time lag between the execution of instruments and their lodgement for registration.
