Index of Owners' Corporations (OC)
Description
The Index is list of OC formed under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap. 344) (“BMO”) which provides names of the corporations, addresses of the buildings and the corporation numbers. The Index can facilitate search of the register of corporations and related records.
Note: Under the BMO, the Land Registry is responsible for processing and approving applications for registration of OC, issuing certificates of registration and maintaining a register of corporations and related records for public search.
