The Lum Sum Grant Independent Complaints Handling Committee has revised its mechanism for complaints handling since February 2023. The obsolete statistical data of complaints handling (i.e. Nature of Complaint Issue Investigated and Outcome of Investigation (Investigation Level) and Nature of Complaint Issue Investigated, Outcome of Investigation and Service Category (Investigation Level)) will be deleted after 31 August 2023.
Description

Information on number of complaints handled, category of complainant, nature of issue being screened or investigated, category of service being complained or investigated, and outcome of investigation.
