Statutory Orders issued on dangerous buildings

The Buildings Department has established a database of buildings with Repair Order(s) issued after 1 May 2023 under Section 26 of the Buildings Ordinance. The number of Repair Order(s) is based on the Monthly Digest Table 2.2 published on the Buildings Department’s website. This database has been uploaded to the Common Spatial Data Infrastructure for reference.
