Statutory Orders issued on investigation on building defects of the buildings

The Buildings Department has established a database of buildings with Investigation Order(s) issued after 1 May 2023 under Section 26A of the Buildings Ordinance. The number of Investigation Order(s) is based on the Monthly Digest Table 2.2 published on the Buildings Department’s website. This database will be has been uploaded to the Common Spatial Data Infrastructure for reference
