Statutory Orders complied with/withdrawn/superseded on defective drains of the buildings

The Buildings Department has establised a database of buildings with Drainage Repair/Investigation Order(s) complied with/withdrawn/superseded after 1 May 2024 under Section 28 of the Buildings Ordinance. The number of compliance of Drainage Repair / Investigation Order(s) is based on the Monthly Digest Table 2.4 published on the Buildings Department’s website. This database has been uploaded to the Common Spatial Data Infrastructure for reference.
