Public Open Space - Areas within private properties dedicated for public use

Some areas within some private properties in Hong Kong are dedicated for public passage by an agreement made between the owner of the respective property and the Government. A deed of dedication is executed for this purpose.

In addition, some of these dedicated areas may also be permitted for other uses as specified in the deed.
